I like this store, but for the past month or 2 there's an employee there that isn't very good at making a green tea latte. I... think it's a blonde girl. Every time I get her, she's short, no greeting like the rest of the employees, and one time when Iordered a venti, and she have me grande cups. I asked her if this was right, and she blew off with something like, " yeah, we'reout of the venti but this is the same..". And quickly she shut the drive thru window. I know knowbody wants a confrontation butthat was ridiculous. When I see this girl, my green teas are never properly stirred, the taste is always bland, and if I ask fora hot drink, I get an iced drink. When I don't see her, my green tea is perfect. Read more
Very busy but very friendly staff and helpful. Not your ordinary Starbucks.

They make my drink so tasty and Taryn already knew how to make it. I happened to lose my key FOB key, and she took extra time... out of her busy shift to look for it! The rest of the staff always seems friendly too. I love this store! Read more
I was served by Amber very sweet and nice Lady. I thought I had enough points for my free coffee, I almost had enough points so... she gave me my coffee as a courtesy. She was very welcoming and friendly! I will most definitely be coming back! Read more
I bought a cup on the Starbucks app. It said this location had the cup in stock. I bought it at 0725, went to pick it up and the... staff had no idea as to what I was talking about. The manager said the app isn't ever correct in the items that they have instock. No apologies. She said to just call before, to confirm if they truly have the item in stock. I had been looking all overfor that particular cup. It was very upsetting to get excited to find the cup, go to pick it up and have the manager be so rudeand unapologetic. Read more
