Based on Customer Service this was the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I was having an extremely busy day so i looked a... little off & running errnads with 2 baby boys. Walked into this Starbucks to which 3 employees just looked at me and basicallyignored me. Noone smiled or said Hi. I had my hands full with my boys and still kept a smile on my face. Picked out a couplethings from the open fridge area and walked to the register to pay. The guy still didn't say hi. All he asked was if i wasgetting anything else. I asked for a tall ice water for my 2 year old son and a Venti for me. I could see on his face that hehad a issue with me. I still smiled. Waited for my waters while the other employees were not acknowledging me either and hefinally gave us our waters and basically whispered a sarcastic thank u.... (because i was looking at him). Obviously waiting forsome sort of acknowledgment. Whatever thanks for being STUCK UP Judgmental baristas. I will not return to this location EVER.Good job judging a book by its cover. I spend 1 to 2 hundred at Starbucks monthly but definitely not going back here. Read more

Have had many issues when visiting. Either my order gets missed, completed incorrectly, they never received or I've had to wait... till everyone else in the store got their order first (no pre-orders). So much for ordering ahead. I stopped by for a short work meeting, but I'm originally from Phoenix, AZ. The employees are wonderful, kind, attentive and... hardworking. Parking is the con, the parking in front of the business is right across from the street section where cars areexiting the shopping center, and attempting to exit onto the main street, which I believe is McCarran blvd, so it makes itdifficult to get out of the parking area unless you park on the opposite side of Starbucks on the side of, I believe it's thenearby Michaels store. Breakfast sandwiches are my favorite. Fast service in this location and they have a nice outdoor seating.
