The staff there is very rude I just went to order & i felt like they wanted me to hurry up. Placed an order in the app which was ready when I got there. Waited at the cash register to break a $20 for tip, but no one... acknowledged my presence. In fact they all avoided eye contact while I stood there waiting. Eventually I just grabbed my drinksand left. Saved my tip cash and enjoyed a delicious, well made drink. Great product. I always get awesome customer service from everyone in here. The workers welcome me whenever I walk in. and mind you this... Starbucks actually spell my name right. When I found out that the pride/lgbtq flags were taken down because of complaints i wasreally disappointed on how a community who believes in equal rights can be so discriminatory towards something simple ad a flag.In any case I'll still be coming in here to get my drink on. ???????? The worst and most disorganized Starbucks location I ever visited in the US. They didn?t take my name for the order and adding... gas to the fire, the service times were horrendous. Absolute chaos!!! Out of the 5 items I placed, 1 was completely missed outand 2 were not even prepared until I bogged the barista after 35mins of patiently waiting for my turn. I would highly recommendNOT to visit this location if you want to grab a quick coffee or breakfast when needed. Read more
