Ordered 2 double bacon burger with mustard we only got 1 burger. i rode my bike back to pick up the missing burger and i go home... to eat. I was given a double cheese burger with mustard. No toppings no bacon. This is the third time something of the sortoccurs. Read more

We drove all the way from Redding California, there were four of us Hungry and excited to be in Reno. We were the second Car... there! And before we knew it the parking lot was getting busy finally 30 something minutes later they brought food and drinks toour car and handed the bags inside our car just to find out the food was not what we ordered after handling the food we told theguy it was not ours and he took the bags inside and processed to take it to another car which was disgusting another 20 minuteslater my sister went in and demanded her money back!!!???? very unprofessional. Especially to think that we handled the foodthat someone else ate. we?ll never go back there and I hope you don?t either!!!! Very unprofessional. Read more

After driving across town because the sonic by my house closed at 4pm. I waited over an HOUR to receive my incorrectly made... food. I didn?t even ask them to remake it because I felt bad for the people behind me also waiting the same amount of time. Oncehome I realized the bread was rock hard, I had to replace it with the my own at home. There were 4 workers there dragging theirfeet and quite literally starting at the food for minutes on end without moving. When I said something their response was?we?re short staffed?. Being short staffed is not an excuse to 1. Stand there for 3 minutes (I timed it) just staring at thefood and talking to each other and 2. Making the food incorrectly. Sonic in Reno has gone downhill tremendously and it?sextremely disappointing. Please fire and replace all of the workers with people who actually know how to work. I guess there?s areason fast food chains are filled with incompetent workers. Read more

I visit this store many times doing doordash. I have stopped accepting orders if it is for this sonic. They are incredibly slow.... Most of the time they say its still being prepared. 15 min wait to get a cold bag and a milkshake that obviously has beensitting for a while, which reflects badly on me delivering cold food. Not to mention twice they give me the wrong order. When Itry to ask questions most of them see clueless and confused. Like talking to a stoner. Few of the employees are awesome and doan amazing job but unfortunately they cant male up for the dimwits. Read more

Very slow service. Food was ok but the chicken sandwiches are a joke. They are so small you would have to eat 3 to feel like you... had a normal size one. Fries and bread were stale and I really wish they still has the country gravy for the chicken baskets. Read more

Extreme wait times. Forgot our slush. Told us the machine was down after I got food and there was no drink. They didn't even try... to replace the beverage. Gave us pickle fries and not the hotdogs we ordered. I ordered ahead of time online and wasn't able toleave with my food for 30 mins. Either they need to start paying enough to actually employ people or fire whatever managementthey have or both to clean that place up. Read more

The milkshakes are not the same anymore. Two days in a row I went to buy a m&m milkshake with extra m&ms and this is what I get.... Never again. Not to mention the terrible attitude I get from staff. This is the sonic on 1220 N McCarran. Read more
