Don't order online. Food was all drenched. They didnt put in the sauce i bought. They could've done a better job at using better... containers for delivery!! They can't refund I have to go through Google They said. Waste of money. Here I spent over $60 withdelivery over $78. Not a reliable restaurant. Canceled our order the last minute. We ordered online, paid in full. My family waiting hungry at... home. They delayed the order first and canceled it all 10 minutes later. Said they refunded, I have not seen the credit yet. Read more
Ask the lady very politely if I could have the slice that looked fresher (there were other slices that looked like they had been... sitting there) she said, No they are ALL the same. So I asked again & she whispered something to the guy cooking the pizza andhe came over picked up the piece I didn't want and threw it on the plate with his tongs. The man in line behind me was just asshocked as I was and he even said, She had a simple request what's the big deal? Anyways both him & I left as this was justinsane. Hire nicer people! Read more
How did I forget about this place?? Surfing the web tonight for pizza we saw Sbarro and had a quick reminiscing of our teenage... years at Meadowood Mall eating a slice of pizza from here... so we decided to give it another try and we ordered a largepepperoni to go. Took about twenty minutes before it was ready. Way more affordable than other local pizza shops- and honestlythe pizza was better than Any pizza I?ve had in years. My new go to for pizza for sure! Took 30 minutes and me going back to the counter twice to receive my single slice of pizza. Awful customer service, I sat 10... feet from the register and cashier never once called me over to get my food, even after it came out of the oven. When I finallygot my food, it was cold. I ordered through door dash-I got the baked ziti it was fairly cold and it had leaked all over the bag because the lid wasn't on... very well. There were no utensils, no Parmesan cheese, and alas no napkins. Ordered a Greek salad....no dressing. Will orderfrom here or eat here again? Also no. ***Update: The manager did write to me and offered me a free replacement meal. I saidno thanks because I wasn't looking for a freebie, but his kindness will cause me to check them out again. The owners are awesome. The food is awesome but in my 5 experiences had to wait longer because somehow by the time when I got... to order my food is not there. When u order they put your pizza in the warmer n they order at register by then ur pizza shouldbe ready but every time my pizza is not there. Some how previous customers get it. Idk how. Overall it's good but if yourwilling to have patience go for it. Read more
