First, let me say that the customer service from our waitress was very good. She was very nice and courteous. My son wanted to... go to this restaurant because it was his birthday and he remembers a couple years ago a couple items they had that he reallyliked. Over the last couple years, I feel like the quality of their food has gone downhill. The fish does not taste that freshanymore. Me and my family got multiple roles and they all tasted fairly okay... Tasted like they've been sitting out possiblyfor a couple days. The nigiri salmon that I ordered... The fish tasted a little old and somewhat rubbery. I wish this restaurantwould go back to the high quality food that they used to have. Read more
Second time here. Service overall was subpar. My waitress didn't understand me well (some language misunderstanding) and didn't... tell me until 20 Minutes after I was seated that the kitchen was about to "close" for the night. I had less than 30 minutes toorder from the menu and finish eating. Had she stated that when I had walked in, I would have ordered the "hot foods" andother items. The food itself wasn't bad, although the unagi and tuna nigiri didn't look 'fresh' or hydrated. They shouldextend their hours on Friday and the weekend. It is not a bad local sushi spot, but they can improve on some aspects of theiroperations, service and quality. Read more

I enjoyed my lunch at Sakana Sushi today, the food was good, (not anything special) but I enjoyed it, what I didn't enjoy was... the customer service, once I finished my meal, I decided to request 2 "Upside down Shrimp", I had to wait almost 20 min for TWOshushis, other than that I had a pretty good time.
