I?ve been to this specific qdoba location a few times, and the same woman, (shorter, dark brown hair, nose piercings is working... 9/20/22 @7:30pm) is always an issue. When I asked what one of the dressings was, she replied to me ?salsa.? And when I asked ifit was hot or mild she said, ?I said it?s salsa.? She has a terrible attitude, and is extremely unpleasant every single time Icome here. Everyone else in the staff is very kind, it?s just this woman. Also, if I?m paying extra for a shrimp protein, Ishould probably be given more than 5 shrimp. Just saying. Read more
We went tonight and our experience was horrible. It first started out with a pink haired girl that had a bad attitude. The guy... that was helping us asked if she could go get more chicken and she was acting extremely grumpy. When she got the chicken shedropped it in acting all agitated and chicken went all over the place. Then we hear this girl cussing in front of customers andacting like no one is there. THEN, the guy that was helping us came over and kept asking my wife and I while we were eating ifhe could put on my glasses. I told him no and he would NOT stop asking. He asked like 5 times and eventually we just told himDUDE I don?t want you to try on my glasses and my wife said to leave us alone and then he left after a couple more times ofasking. It felt like telling a kid to stop and he just would not stop after us asking multiple times. Extremely disappointed.Will never come to this Qdoba again. Read more
The lady working tonight hated her job she was so rude!heavier set girl with the worst customer service I?ve ever seen. the... restaurant took no pride in their food handling.all the food trays were a sloppy mess . Food was not fresh at ALL the new guyhad no experience rolling a burrito even though he was nice . We took a few bites of our food and threw it away. No manageraround just a bunch of kids who really could care less about their job. What a pathetic restaurant not sure how you can havereturning customers with this type of service I?ve only posted a couple reviews in my life I hope someone sees how bad thisplace is before you waste money on this horrendous establishment. Remarkably good Mexican-style food in a shopping center. Eating VEGAN is very easy. The server was really nice and helpful. I... needed some guidance since it was my first time there. She made a very good burrito to my specifications. There are lots ofadd-ins. I had Impossible as the protein, which was nicely seasoned. I was surprised, and happy, they offer brown rice. Myfirst visit, August 2020, was a wonderful experience. The restaurant is very clean and social distancing is enforced. Everyother table is blocked off. Read more
