Below average food for the price. The queso tastes like broccoli soup and the chicken was beyond dry. The bathrooms look like... they haven?t been cleaned in a month (sink and toilet were brown) and there were flies everywhere. That being said, the staffwas very nice and the ambiance is great. Usually don't have an issue ordering online from here, but today was the worst. I arrived to be told that it's not ready yet,... which is fine, he took the order over to the area where they make everything but then stood by and watched 10 minutes of newlyarriving people (at the counter) come and go with their orders. Why bother ordering online?!? They finally started to work onmy order while I watched a lot of flies buzzing around the restaurant. I work healthcare and this was not sanitary. My first time eating at QDOBA ever. They could have given bigger portions. I ordered the chicken queso burrito bowl. I don't... like much...black beans, rice, meat,queso and sour cream. I know but for the price I feel they could have given me more rice anddefinitely more chicken. The overall taste enjoyment was good. Read more
I?ve been coming here for a while and it?s usually pretty decent. Tonight was a terrible decision to eat here. The girl taking... my order was stoned beyond belief not even knowing what she was doing and working at the rate of a snail while people werestacking up. I ordered a taco salad and asked for light mild queso and I get a huge glob of spicy ( didn?t notice until I gothome) to the point where it was Inedible. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and literally got about 5 pieces of chicken on it. Foralmost $10 I mean come on. This place has taken a turn for the worst. Not to mention there was about 4 workers in the back doingnothing as the line started to wrap around the walk way. I will not be coming back. This trip was a complete waste of moneyconsidering I threw my food away after the first bite. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Read more

Definately the dirtiest Qdoba I have ever been to. The grime and slime in the toilet and sink showed how long it has been since... being actually cleaned. I understand busy food service, I used to work in fast food and restaurant services, but it is no excuseto have a disgusting work station. The counter with all toppings, salsas, meats, ect was covered by accidental spills. I watchedone employee handle recipts and pull up their pants and pull down their shirt and then grab my tortilla. I know you're wearinggloves but you handled a whole bunch of other contaminants... change your gloves. Then the next employee handling my food ranout of topping in the little dish and proceeded to pick up the spilled topping and put it in my food. I questioned the foodhandling and safety. The queso was cold and jelly-like so I am unsure how long the cheese was under temp to keep out bacteria.It was a complete train wreck. There is some training and growing to be done. Humans are creatures of habit. I look to see ifyou clean up spills, I look to see how organized you are, I look to see how clean you're being. Foodborne illnesses can killpeople or otherwise hospitalize people. Have some pride in how you present yourself and your workspace. The bad habits youpractice in places you hate will follow you into the places you want to be. Such as carelessness, being unorganized, and lack ofinitiative as a few examples. Read more
Not great. Food tastes okay but the portions are minimal and the store is quite obviously run by kids who don?t care. I put in a... pick up order and both of the items I ordered were wrong. One was missing some stuff and the other one was just the compete andtotal wrong order. Called to ask for a refund or a remake and was told that they would remake it. Took the food back there tohave it remade and spent about another 20 minutes waiting for the food. Had to wait to eat over an hour after I originallyordered because of the total lack of urgency or care from the employees, and the food was still missing ingredients. Not worththe trouble. Waste of time, gas, and effort. Such a small amount of mediocre food at best for $10+ each serving. Not worth thetime and trouble for the quality. Read more
