What a joke they didn't make my sandwich as I wanted. They rush you through the process no attention to detail not a good... experience at all. Also I ordered Roast Beef & Turkey I specifically asked the employee that was cutting the meat to pleasegive me rare meat then he pulls out this little dry nub of meat and slices it for my sandwich. I called him on it and he saidit is company policy that they are to finish a meat loaf before they can cut into another one. So let me get this straight youare going to charge me top shelf price for my sandwich but are going to give me bottom shelf product on it?? I do not care ifyou talk to your employees that will not fix this relationship that Port Of Subs, has fouled up!!! I deserve this to be maderight at the bare minimum or I simply Will Not Support Your Business In The Future. Read more
I do not typically sit down a write a review, however this was the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I've ever seen and... unfortunately Google doesn't allow for a 0 or a negative point review. The two clowns working around 2pm on 6-15-2022 areinadequate, rude, and honestly should be looking for new employment. Judging by the other recent reviews, this is not anestablishment that values customer service and from the time the order was placed to the time we departed they wanted to arguemany silly things. My mother orders the same exact sandwich almost daily at many other port of subs establishments, withoutissue and always has a good experience. 1. Oregano and Vinegar at this establishment are apparently a heaping amount of oiland when told "no oil" while dumping oil on the sandwich, he argued that she said Oil. Oil was never and would never bementioned on her sandwiches. This is an honest mistake on their part that should've been easy to fix, instead he argued andargued while throwing a hissy fit when asked if he could simply remove the lettuce and we can just eat it that way. 2. Whileemployee #1 was making the sandwiches employee #2 is yelling from the register(we are still watching #1 make the other sandwich) that we need to hurry up and pay otherwise the machine will time out. This happens for minutes to the point where she wasextremely uncomfortable. My mom payed via card and asked if she can get her port of subs points for our sandwiches. Thisstruck a nerve in #2 as he started arguing that we should've told him we wanted to get points for the purchase and it's to latefor that now. As he is arguing this, he isn't at the register, he has now resorted to yelling from the back. Normally whenyou are paying there is employee there to assure everything is paid for, not here.........apparently it's easier to belittlepaying customers. Visited on Saturday while in town and won?t be going back. Honestly, Food was good and place was clean. However I was there with... two young children and the teenagers working were blasting music with very explicit lyrics at a volume that made conversationdifficult. Don?t need my kids hearing loud f-bombs and other foul things in a public place. Left feeling uncomfortable andhoping my kids hadn?t paid too much attention. Not family friendly. Read more
