My boyfriend and I are from Oregon, we were passing through Reno on our way to Arizona when we stopped to grab a quick bite to... eat at Port of Subs. The employees were sweet and made our sandwiches quickly. The food was absolutely delicious. Aside fromwhat I mentioned above. I left my purse on one of the chairs and did not notice it was not with me until we were 4 hours away.We considered just canceling our trip because I didn?t have any identification. I contacted the business at 7:30 am (30 minutesbefore opening) and spoke with Aman. Aman told me my purse was still there. Without knowing I would pay him back, Aman wasgracious enough to ship my purse (next day) to an address we are stopping by. Mind you this was not cheap. I am so grateful forthe employees that were working last night and Aman, he definitely saved our vacation. Read more

Staff was great. Sandwich terrible.. I've had better there... bread was very stale dried out and not satisfying. It's hit and... miss at this one I think it's new ownership Can't seem to keep owners for long. Port of subs.... it's all about thebread...... Bad bad bad last time I'll go there too bad I wasted my credit on this sandwich I threw in the trash. Read more

This store is under new management. To say it is being horribly ran as a business is a major understatement. My 1st time... experiencing this new management consisted of major up charges to food pricing and what seemed to be about about 10 familymembers of the business owners loitering around in the lobby while staring at customers in the store. My 2nd experience I wasdeclined one of their breakfast sandwiches because it was after noon. I explained that I've been a customer of 8 years at thatlocation with sometimes multiple food orders per week and I've never been declined a sandwich regardless of time. He shruggedhis shoulders and said this was a new rule by the new owner. I asked where it was posted at so the customers know. Turns outit's not posted anywhere. In addition, to make matters worse for this new thriving business owner, they seem to have fired allthe previous staff that once worked there. It seems they may have now hired family members to run the store that have no ideawhat they are doing. The same day I was declined my sandwich, I called in an order at the port of subs off a lemon drive. Theygladly made my sandwich without a problem. They now have my business of multiple weekly food orders at this location. I willnever go to the location off of stead blvd ever again. Read more

This is the best port of subs I?ve been to by far. The people that work here are the sweetest people I?ve met in a long time. I... come in a good amount and everyone that works there knows my order to a T, they always have fresh food and a smile on theirface. Out of all port of subs I?ll make a decent drive just to keep coming to this one. Thanks for being awesome guys keep itup!! Read more

People are really nice. The store is usually clean but bottle dri k storage overflow is in the dining area. Not a big deal. I... think there is dining inside now also. The only reason I don't rate a 5 is because if you want more than the bare minimum fortopings you have to tell them. Everytime I go I have to ask for more everything. Overall good store just pay attention to yoursandwich while they make it. Always seem willing to add more veggies so that is nice. Read more

The food was delicious, and the people were very nice. But I ordered online got there about 10 minutes after I placed it and... they hadn't even started making it yet. The guy who walked in after me got in line they made his sandwich and he left before me.I don't get why they have online pickup as an option if it's faster to just walk in and order. Read more
