NO dine in although listed as open for dine in. Drive thru only. Cashier looked underage and couldn't understand when asked... for white meat not dark meat. Had to ask older clerk to explain what was asked. Conviently forgot to give receipt where Icould complain directly to company on this franchise. Also forgot to put biscuit in box. Read more
Stood at the resgister for 15 minutes while 2 employees struggled to apply an offer from the app. Then waited almost 20 more... minutes for my food. They forgot my biscuits and shorted me a chicken tender. Mac'n'cheese was extremely watery. Soooodisappointed. Read more
There were a few cars in drive thru so I decided I'd go inside to order maybe eat there too. But when I got inside they said you... could only order through drive thru inside was for pre-orders. My favorite to go chicken place. Crispy chicken and it has a lot of flavor. The only thing I dont agree is that they charge you... for the sauce now. I think you should get 2 pack of sauce per order n if you want extra then they can charge you for it. Read more
Got off work late and was hungry & thought I would give this place a try for dinner. I drove all the way from Lemmon Valley mind... you to receive my order the chicken was cold and very dried out. Coleslaw was warm the biscuits were hard as rocks and the softdrinks tasted like dirty dish water this is real and not at all a joke. I tried to call the restaurant but the phone number forthem listed in Google was disconnected and I could not read the number off of the receipt because the whole thing printedGreyscale but to light to read. So I had to drive all the way back to this place to get my money back and guess what they wereclosed 7 hours early not a person in sight. Chicken Sandwich is back, it's already second time this week to eat this. Saturday lunch time was super busy. Saw some customers... complaining about the long waiting time. It didnt take so long for my order but I am wondering if it is well-made because itlooks different from the other one I got a couple days ago. Ordered 35 mins before closing and they bombed my order. Dudes working replaced my sides of fries, mac and potatoes with just... rice. They handed me a bag of 4 separate sides of rice.
