Wow, if I was this store manager, people would be fired. Started off with me standing there while young people were just... standing there and talking, when I got home with my order it was all just throw together. Had a great experience with this location today. They have a young crew running the place and that's normally a bad formula for... mediocre service. Not this crew! They were very polite. Fast service. Great, fresh tasting food. It wasn't just me either. Iwatched them serve each customer the same. Great work today Popeyes crew!! Y'all should be proud! Read more
Can this Location please make it make sense to me, why on a Tuesday mid-Day during regular business hours (clearly posted on the... front doors) after I physically was able to walk In to your restaurant And me then noticing well enough staff in the kitchen,including Manager who was counting cash drawer... WHY did the staff member quickly mumbled "mobileorderonly", then proceeded toleave from behind the counter, walked passed us and then rudely shook a Sign that he then said, "I forgot to put it outside". Like WHY would any restaurant have the Door unlocked around 3:00pm (might I add )and then NOT be able to place my order to go? It just seemed they were being lazy to not properly run their regular operations. Not everyone has a car & some people basedoff of convenience and distance to where they live would rather walk. I've been at this location once before and chose to eatoutside at there Patio picnic table. Honestly I wish there would be a CHURCH's CHICKEN In Reno where I've had better service,Chicken, & honey biscuits instead. Read more
Fresh biscuits were granted upon request. The Mac and Cheese needs to have a little more consistency. Last time we had it, it... was absolutely delicious and cheesy, but when we went back it was a little on the runny side. Read more
Like most fast food in the Reno/Sparks area, it was disgusting. I just don’t understand why you have to cook massive amounts... of food for lunch and dinner rushes that never happen. Then we the few that do come to your restaurant, we get stuck with foodthat’s been sitting out for at least 20mins. Never have had a single food item fresh, just soggy room temperature chicken andfries. Staff is always nice and friendly, but that’s probably because they know. One of these days I’d like to see what allthat fuss over their sandwiches was about. Read more
The place was filthy. There was a line for bathroom congesting line for registers. They didn't give me utensils for macaroni and... there not in a spot easy to find. They only gave me 4 pieces of shrimp with surf and turf order. At least, the staff were nice.They really need more of them. Read more

The past couple of times I have gone here. I order online, pick up and when I get home, I don't have the food I ordered. Or... there are different things from what I order in the bag. I order what I will eat. When they give me stuff I didn't order, Idon't eat it because I don't like it. So then I have to go find something else to eat. Waste of money. Read more
