Made an order 1hr and 20 min. before delivery and confirm the order would be delivered at the time I was told. I called 20 min.... after delivery time passed to see if they were running late, person stated no he was on his way, (we live 5 min min away)another, 55min our pizza was delivered, pizza was horrible, dry, (like it had been re-heated) the fries were old and terrible,and the wings were dry, hardly any sauce and were like shoe leather, literally! This was without a doubt the worst meal andthey used to be the best. We've been enjoying Pizza Plus for over 20+ yrs, I guess that's over, now, this may very well be ourlast time getting Pizza Plus. Not as good as it use to be. The large ranch is smaller. There's less favor, less seasoning and overall bland tasting food. I'm... so sad because I loved eating here foe over 10 years. This a 2nd try with them since I've noticed the change. But still bland. Iwon't be coming back unfortunately. Read more
Pretty pricey for pizza and wings, but pretty good. I feel like their service could be way better, all in all. 3 stars.
No longer number 1 pizza in Reno! When I walked in to pick up the pizza, the 2 female employees sitting at the table in dining... room looked at each other and kind of gave me the impression that they weren?t happy to go in the back to get my pizza and notfriendly at all at the counter and I when asked for ranch dressing and paper plates, she gave me the look!. When I got home ,My pizza crust was flat I could tell they had it in the warmer for a while and I specifically asked for it to be ready on timeand not prepared way in advance! Anyhow this was my third bad experience and we take our business elsewhere in the future. Read more
*UPDATE* November 3rd, 2021 The gal behind the counter acts like she is being forced to work. No customer service. Poor gal. ... Pizza and wings are cold. The salad bar is better, but all of the lettuce is wilting. Prices were increased to over $10 forpizza and salad with a soda. Also, they want to charge for any sauces. Um...I just dropped $10 on cold pizza. The otherlocations haven't charged me for a little cup of Nitro sauce. Get some music playing, put a smile one your faces. Don't actlike it's a funeral. Sorry Pizza Plus, but I can't give you a good review. Dismal salad bar, hard pizza and mediocre crust. I'm not sure I'll be back. We love our lunch pizza buffets, but I think I'll be paying the extra $ for Round Table. Go toIdaho Pizza Company in Boise, Idaho. Copy their pizza and salad bar. It's one of the best non-franchise pizza places. I wouldsuggest expanding your salad bar and you'll bring in more people. 2 years later...same issues. Dismal salad bar, one kind ofcold Pizza on the buffet. Fries were gone the entire time. Chicken nuggets old and stale. Now they limit you to one trip tothe salad bar. Go to the one on Prater Way. This is a fav now. Ordered combo 6, was not disappointed at all. Comes with a lot of food. More than enough for 2 adults. Pizza... is almost the same as a home town favorite in Cali. Loved the option of sauce on the side for my wings. The staff was friendly!! Read more
