Disppointing quantity! I have never received so little food from Panda express! How can you run your business like this?? As a... frequent customer we know your crew has changed - hence the reduced amount of food. This is not a honest way to run business,certainly not sustainable either. Will not be visiting again. My wife is a frequent customer of this Panda Express. She eats there multiple times a week because it?s convenient. Just now as... my wife was ordering black pepper chicken, while she was still talking to the lady taking her order in the drive through shewanted to switch her order to orange chicken. The lady taking her order was so rude and would not let her switch her order eventhough she hadn?t gotten to the check out yet. She said because of my wife she was going to have to throw the food away.Ridiculous that this all happened while my wife was still ordering on her 30 minute lunch break. Read more
Stopped by to eat inside and have a yummy lunch. Several employees standing around when they could have been cleaning tables.... There were several empty booths but tables were all dirty. :/ Sat at one that was halfway clean Also I was at the Panda inSparks 2 weeks earlier and the portions were almost twice as much. Very disappointed in the Reno location. Very light on thechow main, rice, and chicken. I will not go back to this Panda again. Read more
Went at around 8pm. Drive thru girl told us that the chow mein was mostly veggies and asked if that was ok, appreciated her... honesty and still got the chow mein bc you can never get enough veggies! Food was very fresh, orange chicken, Beijing beef, andteriyaki chicken. When I got the chow mein it looked perfectly fine, enough noodles to counter the veggies. I ordered what is supposed to be a plate of honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken breast with fried rice as side on this... branch's drive thru. I got home and was shocked to see what's inside, see attached. First, there was no honey walnut shrimp, thereceipt says I paid an extra dollar and a quarter for the shrimp entree that I did not get. I can barely see any decent piece ofchicken breast, most are smaller than chicken nuggets. And the fried rice was so dry and hard to swallow. There was no line inthe drive thru when I went in to get my order so I don't know what could be their excuse to mess up a simple order. But they gotmy panda cares donation right! So pathetic.. not going back in this branch anymore. Read more
Excellent location in shopping plaza and close to several hotels. Place is clean and accessible and easy to order food. Seating... area is well organized and clean you can enjoy having a good lunch or dinner. During the weekend it's not as busy so you canactually enjoy having dinner with a chat without being interrupted. Read more
Normally I enjoy Panda Express but this location needs better management. I asked for fried rice and got white rice. I asked for... a receipt as this was a business meal and got someone else?s receipt. I ordered orange chicken and it was so tough it seems likeit was made more than an hour earlier. Usually good food from Panda Express but not this location. Read more
Tonight the dining room was closed. When I went thru drive thru they had a sign that said there was only one cook so the menu... was limited. That was enough for me...I split. I am not sure what to think here. Surely this business is struggling. Sad. Read more
