These cakes are absolutely delicious and are the reason you're getting 5 stars. The customer service needs work. This is my favorite bakery in town! I'm always having a hard time finding cakes that don't taste like horrible buttercream or... that aren't super dry and these guys don't disappoint! While their cakes are quite a lot on the sweet side, they taste deliciousand they are very moist (you can just skip on some of the frosting and make them less sweet if you're like me ????). I've triedmost of their flavors on multiple occasions and the consistency is definitely there! Their team/staff is also very nice andsweet. I actually ordered my wedding cake from here but due to a horrible wildfire we had to cancel everything last minute andthey were super understanding about it. I definitely recommend this place! ?? Absolutely our favorite cakes in the world. No celebration in our family is complete without a Nothing Bundt Cake. Even my... non-cake lover loves these. Sometimes I?ll opt for buying several smaller bundlettes instead of having to decide on just oneflavor. My brother and I recently went here to order a birthday cake for my niece, his daughter. We told them that she liked rainbows... and unicorns, and they absolutely delivered. They made us a confetti cake with a unicorn candle and some fancy rainbow fabricdecoration thing. My niece was so excited she could barely contain herself. The cake itself was incredibly rich and had acrapload of frosting. Great for kids, but as an adult, it was a bit too much for me. My most recent visit was terrible. The cakes are fantastic but due to 1 girl and the way she treated the other employees made me... feel very uncomfortable. I do believe her name is Ema, she is very rude & disrespectful to the other girls that work there. Shewas acting very unprofessional in front of customers so I can only imagine how she acts and treats them when there are nocustomers looking. This kind of behavior must be tolerated there bc there was another lady I'm pretty sure she was also a bossor supervisor of some sort and she too witnessed this behavior from Emma and said nothing she acted as if nothing was happening.I won't be back nor will my company, at least not until that girl is no longer an employee there and the employees are treatedlike human beings with respect.
