My mother and I dined in for lunch at this particular location on Silverada Boulevard. We immediately noticed something was off... when we ordered. The employee seemed a little nervous and had some difficulty getting our order correct. After sitting down toeat, we finally understood why: their manager. What is her problem, anyway? She's exceptionally rude to her employees. Insteadof training them and correcting them in a professional manner, she practically yells at them and berates them in front of othercustomers. She acts like an abusive mother and treats her employees like children she dislikes. Hates, even. It's really nowonder why her employees struggle with the orders and giving good service; she's making them nervous and stressing them outimmensely. She is extremely unprofessional and should probably go look for another job if she can't handle being a manager atMcDonald's. What a terrible person. Read more
It says you can on line order here but all it does is give you a code that you have to stand in line to give to the employees.... They then put your order in and start making it. How is that online ordering? Or convenient? Read more

I'm so tired of these fast food places that don't train their employees. I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich cooked fresh. I... got one that was well done. Literally everytime I come to this location they screw up my order. It wasn't busy, I'm nevergiving McDonald's on Silverada one more cent. I'll go to Chick-fil-A. The employees are so much better, and you don't have toorder something cooked fresh, because everything they serve is fresh. Read more
The staff is not friendly or helpful this is not the first time iv been there and got a child at the window that acts like your... putting them out, there os never enough staff and always long waits after 5 in line at the drive through. And now if u forget toorder something at the speaker you cant add in at the window what a mess i could do this job with my eyes closed maybe we shouldtry not hiring teens that don't want to work or maybe it falls on the managers maybe they should train better.times are tuff andwhen i decide to go get something and spend high dollar these days its cuz u don't feel like cooking and when almost always myorder is screwed up its not worth going. Never fails?. This McDonald?s always gets the order wrong!! I mean ALWAYS! Every time! I don?t know what it is about this... location. Quite possibly it?s the ?location?. So, since I have a severe dairy allergy I always specify that there is to be no cheese on my burger or any dairy on it period.... The younger guy that works the front register in the afternoons is absolutely amazing. He sent my burger back twice without mehaving to say anything. Read more
Horrible customer service on multiple occasions. Mostly from a women named alondra, who has been pristinely rude and slammed the... window on me more than 3 different times. I have also talked to the manager twice and nothing has been done. They a don?t knowhow to work their double drive through and are very un precessional.
