fast food? nah. I asked for 2 extra ranches and I was charged for them but I did not receive them. ??
I give it 5 stars for cashier customer service alone because, even though they are often short-staffed and slow to process... orders, the employees at the cash register are always friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs ordeprivations. 4 stars for the food (more than I give to most fast food) because by the time you get it, you've gotten hungrierand at that point, it's usually fresh right off the grill. Went through drive thru, asked if we got everything and asked if the sauce was there bc we didn?t see any at the top. Was told... there were sauce at the bottom (ordered extra and was charged like normal) but came home and no sauce at all. Very disappointingbecause we got charged for the sauce and received none at all :( not the first time to happen. Had multiple order issues withthis place. Read more

Gsr is my go to hotel in reno. It's the nicest outta all the other places I've been to.. me and my husband gamble so we get our... comps from the gsr which is also very nice. We just came up for 4th of july, spent the day at the pool& watched the fire workshow. The pool was crowded but fun! My kids also had fun and the fireworks were amazing. I live in CA unfortunately so we cntwatch fireworks shows, in fact I hadn't seen a firework show like that in over 15 years.. The hotel is clean, they always keepit up . Check in could definitely work on getting more employees, we stood in line with 2 screaming kids for over a hour tocheck in . Maybe 50 ppl in front of us and 2 people working. That was my only complaint for the weekend. I definitely reccomendthe GSR and I will amways stay here whenever I'm in reno ! Read more
It's clean place with the same sits and tables like in Ukraine. This Macdonald's is really looks like another one in my city... Chernihiv. I am doing research trying to find good coffee here like we have in Ukrainian Macdonald's. This morning I was notlucky. I paid for small cappuccino. It was something wrong with espresso machine. Wow. I think I can honestly say that this is the first time I actually sat and waited for 31 minutes in a drive thru for "fast"... food. I am not exaggerating in the slightest, just to make them look bad, or something. I just made a 3ish hour drive to town,and have been starving for a while now since there isn't anything available until you actually get here to civilization, so Iwas a little bit disappointed to have waited so long. And with no acknowledgment, or even a forced apology. The guy at thewindow seemed a little flustered, it seemed like a stressful situation in their kitchen, not surprisingly. Maybe they wereunderstaffed or something, who knows. The fries weren't totally hot, crispy, and fresh out of the dryer, but they weren't soggy,either. All in all, far from my worst fast food experience, but, given an option, I would certainly choose a different locationthe next time I get McDonald's in Reno. Read more
Morning Times good if you are in a rush but sometimes It takes a long time, other times it's well ok I guess. The food is less... then satisfying. To be honest when I order my food is always cold and seems stale. Don't get me wrong there are worst places toeat but quality is best when made fresh. Another observation is sometimes there are customers who come in and wait for a few andseemed to be getting ignored and leave. The employees should be paying attention and not fiddling around or playing on therecell phones during work. Over all 2 Stars are given based on what I've seen in the last week and a half. Read more
