I get it! It?s a McDonalds. I don?t expect great service but I expect my correct order, specially when I confirm verbally twice... what I wanted. And when they still make a mistake I expect them today the very least try to correct it. Read more
We went through the drive through and even though it was busy(drive-thru had 10+ cars, parking lot had no empty spaces and the... lobby was standing room only)we were through fairly quick(less than 5 minutes!). Our food was hot and fresh. When we got home werealized that they forgot one of our burgers. The entire staff that handled it was beyond nice! I went back to the restaurantexplained what happened and no questions asked they immediately made my food and even though it was customized, they got itperfectly right, fast and fresh. I have had many problems being able to walk in to eat because school is out and they lock the doors. On this day school is out... for the summer and the doors are open I placed my order. I waited 25 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!!!!! And this is "fast food?" They werenot really busy to begin with Read more
Horrible! First time I've been to McDonald's in about a year. It will be the last. Not a big fan of McDonald's to begin with.... This particular McDonald's had two ordering Lanes merging into one pickup Lane. What a nightmare. Then of course they didn'thave the order right. Clearly marked 24 hours for drive thru on door and on Google Maps. Cones in drive thru, door locked, and nobody answering their... phone and there?s like 5 cars parked in front. Wasted my time driving here. Read more
Definitely slow service. I sat down to eat and observed a little. First thing, a bunch of tables were dirty. Second, several... employees had a friend coming in either asking for the "homie discount" or hanging out. It took forever to not only get my foodbut others to get theirs as well. They didnt have ice cream. Which was no big deal to me but several people walked out due toit. I got a fish sandwich with like half a slice of cheese. The ketchup dispenser was broken and ketchup was all over. Mostlikely wont go back to this location. Read more
