*updated* The customer service truly is bad here. Yesterday I needed to stop in for milk and the cashier asked me a question and... had to remove her headphones and paused her music to stare at me when she could not hear. Then today I need a splash of gas andwhen I asked if the kitchen was open, because lights were on but no food was out, the blonde lady just could not be bother tolook up and answer my question. I just wish this awesome location had a leadership change or some attention from theircorporate The coolers are constantly empty, they still have supply chain issue signs up but it feels like an excuse because allof the other locations in the area do not have issues. I typically pass this location to go to another similar store because theodds are they are missing what I want. Read more
Never any food made, damn near no drinks. Why is this place still open? At this point knock down the store and build a shack to... sell tobacco and gas out of. It?s all this place is good for. Read more
I had nothing less than perfect service from the only, cashier/ maintenance guy/ stocking guy. He was nothing but helpful,... courteous, and reliable. On the pump and on the floor. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Read more
Stopped to get gas this morning. The pump had some weird message on it. I went in to pay. I tried to explain what it said she... said so? Oh my gosh the lady was so rude. Lydia or Lyndie or something like that. Had her mask on her chin yet I?m required towear one while in the store. I?ve always had really nice people there so was surprised at her attitude. Read more
Today there was no water in the window squeegee buckets. When I selected the gas octane it defaulted to premium. I cancelled the... sale and verified my lower octane selection, but it still gave me premium. Last time I filled up here, a few months ago, theauto-shutoff valve on the pump failed and gas spilled all over the ground. I could tell I was not the first person to have thatproblem that day when I saw other pools of gasoline on the ground. There was only one young frazzled employee working and I hadto wait in a long line simply to tell her about the spill and suggest she shut off that pump. Read more
Always clean in the store - well stocked - and a very clean bathroom!! Of course they have gas.
Lacking basics like coffee creamer, Bonfire is closed, the blonde attendant is rude, you can find better gas prices nearby, the... place is just bad. Read more
