Quality food served here. No cheap frozen food at this restaurant. Not over-priced very good prices for the food that is served.... The service is excellent ???? If you are looking for a Jewish Deli, this isn't it. I ordered a knish, didn't seem to have any dough around the potato... filling. Still not sure what the dipping sauce is, sort of tasted like BBQ sauce. I also ordered a hot pastrami on ryebread. The pastrami was good, but the bread fell apart as soon as I picked the sandwich up. The service was lacking all the wayaround. I had to ask 3 different people for a container to take the coleslaw home in. I finally had to get up and go to thecounter to get a container. Never could get a refill on my water. I've been to Manhattan Deli twice and haven't been disappointed. The portions are huge and the food is fantastic. Good quality... ingredients and the staff is friendly and helpful. This last time qhen we left our Uber driver had just picked up matzo ballsoup and it smelled absolutely fantastic. I doubt you'll be disappointed if you choose to eat at this establishment. Enjoy! I had the best Pastrami Sandwich that I remember having for a long time here. It was a double decker Pastrami/Corned Beef, and... it was amazing. The fries were also good. Price was reasonable for the food I though. I definitely want to go back. Read more
I had the pastrami and cornbeef double decker. Fantastic, generous sized sandwich, but a side order of horseradish and/or kraut... should have been available as a side or topping. Rating: 4.5/5. My partner had the Greek salad, which both of us founduninspired and lackluster. The chef needs to review this recipe. Too much lettuce, skimpy on feta cheese, no oregano detected.Rating: 2.0/5.
