I get there and I order, within 5 minutes I hear my name get called but long behold the lady up front gives everyone else their... pepperoni pizza who I might add just ordered and I’m stuck for another 10 minutes before they realize I’m still there andthe guy in the back gave it to me. Pablo Took my order by far the best customer service I’ve had at a little ceasers let alone any fast food in Reno !!! He def... made me want to come back ! I didn’t quite get the store managers name but he was fast and friendly I will take the extra 5min drive everytime from now on to go to this one instead of the one closest to my house ! Bad customer service ever. around 3 o’clock William R took my order i ordered 2 pizzas crazy bread and wings. I sat down... waiting for my order I was waiting patiently. 15 minutes went by 30 mins went by then 43 minutes went by. I got up and I askedWilliam R if my order is ready he said no it’s not it’s allmost ready can you wait 10 minutes more so I said yes I’ll waitthen 10 minutes go by I get up once again I tell him I been waiting here for allmost an hour and my order is not ready this isnot right then he tells me can you wait 5 more minutes so once again I wait.then 5 minutes go by he calls me and tells me thatmy order hasn’t been made and gives me my money back.
