I came here a few months ago and wasn't happy. Left a poor review. I wanted to give this location a second chance. I was once... again disappointed. This visit, I ordered a Kalua pork sandwich with a side of Mac salad and two spam musubis The meat itselfwas good, but nothing special. The Mac salad had no flavor like it did the last time. My family and I waited for more than 50 minutes for our order. The teens cashiering checked on our order and said that the cooks... had kept moving back our order to finish smaller orders. It also didn't help that we heard the cooks laughing after we askedabout our order. We give everyone patience but when you're waiting for more than 30 minutes for a to-go order after you've beenroad tripping all day that just did it for us. Never coming back Read more

Nice people but our food are mostly burnt, so we had a bad dinner. The eggs are hard. No compartment for the food container so... the macaroni are mixed in with rice and with the barbecue chicken sauce. Please, chef, when you cook, please be mindful thatpeople eat your food. Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 - Chicken katsu mini lunch special had half of the chicken pieces way too dry. The sauce is needed but... still doesn't help the texture enough. The Diet Coke/Pepsi we got was a bit odd in taste Loco loco regular with sunny side upeggs. The eggs weren't cooked well with one egg almost completely raw and the other too cooked where it was mostly solid. Found this place when i stopped by the area. Happy its so close to my house. Ive always loved L&L and they never skimp on the... amount of food they give you. My favorite is the chicken katsu curry, absolutely delicious. If you are in the west reno area,stop by. Read more
Love this place! Food is authentic and delicious. Have been here a couple of times and it is definitely one of the best food... spots in Reno. The Kalua Pork is fantastic. The Chicken Katsu is on point, the teriyaki chicken is fantastic, and I love the macsalad. Rice is cooked well also. I would highly recommend stopping in. I've never had Hawaiian bbq before and decided to check this place out! The food was delicious! I tried the lighter garlic... shrimp with brown rice and small salad. Friendly staff, loved the Hawaiian murals and Hawaiian music playing. Read more
