Worst customer service I've ever experienced any KFC throughout the country. I never see this particular KFC on West 5th Street... busy at all I went there and late afternoon nobody in the Drive-Thru doors are locked I sit at the call box waiting for somebodyto answer the drive-thru waited there for about 3 or 4 minutes. Since nobody answered the call box I went to the drive-up windowwaited there another minute for somebody to acknowledge my existence they proceeded to ignore me while I was in the Drive-Thruwhen I did try to order after being lectured that they didn't know I was in the Drive- through and that I should have waited atthe speaker box they didn't have my 10-piece chicken. I told the manager working at night that it would be more than happy towait for them to cook more chicken she wanted to substitute smaller pieces of chicken for the original order of 10 pieces whichwas not what I wanted but okay by the time I did get the chicken it was very dry the sides were not very fresh the gravy haddried up gravy on the edges on the outside of the container. The packaging for the soda wasn't sealed or on correctly. It ruined my couch, after falling over the coffee table and spilling... over two backpacks. Lean to seal your drink bags. Read more
Absolutely horrible, horrible service and food. Please do not go here for kfc. Wish I could give them a zero. Got a 12 piece... meal for $45 and got broken pieces and missing chicken. Pieces were so tiny, It literally only filled a quarter of the bucket.They threw the biscuits in with the chicken and they got soggy. Gravy leaked all over the bag. Mash potatoes were only filledhalf way. It was so bad, I called and talked to Rosa the manager and she gave me a hard time about replacing it. She finallytold us we could go back another time and pick up another meal with a receipt to replace the bad order. Only to call and talk toa manager named Shawn 2 days later, who told us no, we can not get the replacement because we don?t have the right receipt butit was the only receipt we got from them. He was rude and very Unprofessional, told us we didn?t place the order threw them!(What??) we did it online for this store) and he hung up on me while trying to explain everything. They worst food, customerservice I have ever experienced with kfc. Please save your money. Will not give them our service again. Read more
When I first moved over to this side of town this used to be a good KFC but it has gone downhill over the past few months... rapidly. I go through the drive-thru here at least three times a week sometimes more. I always order coleslaw or mashed potatoesinstead of french fries with my chicken tenders once again today I came home and there's french fries she asked me for thedipping sauces I told her BBQ and Ranch like usual got home no dipping sauces. They're screwing up orders more and more overthere and then the other day when I asked the girl in the evening to double-check and make sure there's coleslaw in there shegets an attitude I will find another KFC until this one gets better again. At least most of the time the chicken is ediblealthough occasionally it's chewy and dry but not that often. Oh and just for the record the one time I did call to complainabout having the wrong order when I got home I may as well have been talking to a rock. Read more
Not Good at all. Over cooked Chicken Tenders. This is my 2nd time having a bad experience. Unfortunately, I will not visit KFC... again. Food quality should be a top priority. Read more
The chicken donut sandwich sucks. Don?t order the donut, it tastes like a really dry bread. And the fried chicken inside is... soooo dry and oily!!!! But this KFC is clean. Servers are okay. Read more
I have had the tenders before and they were great, todays were absolutely the worst, much smaller than I had previously enjoyed... in other visits and atho' nice and warm, they were virtually unchewable, dry and rock hard resembling something more on theorder of a dog chew. I'll never be back, how can an employee expect someone to eat something they likely wouldn't themselvesSeems common sense isnt very common after all! Read more
Warning warning warning , I ordered a 16 half and half was told out of original and the cashier didn't have an explanation ok... so not that big of a deal, got my order drove home and all that was in the bucket was legs and thighs there were no breast orwings ,I paid almost 50 $ wish I read the reviews first , I lived to far away to go back so my review is what I'm doing and thencalling cooperate.
