Our server was very friendly and attentive. The sushi tasted fresh, delicious and unique compared to other sushi restaurants. We... really enjoyed the house sauces and lemon juice they use in the sushi. Highly recommend! Read more
Sushi is decent, service is terrible. We came here on a Friday evening and while they had a decent crowd, the restaurant wasn't... more than half full and they appeared to be fully staffed. Despite that we had to wait a long time to order, kept having to askfor things multiple times and had to flag down the waitresses because they rarely came back to check on us. They didn't refilldrinks unless we asked. When asked questions about the menu neither of our servers had any answers. One did go back and ask thesushi chefs, which was nice. They have a 20% mandatory tip for parties over 6, which they did absolutely nothing todeserve. They put lemon on their salmon nigiri but it's not noted on the menu nor do they tell you when you order it. Neithermy husband nor my girls like lemon on their sushi. We had 5 adults and even though we ordered together our food was staggered byabout 10 minutes per person, which was pretty ridiculous. Two of the rolls I ordered didn't say they had anything spicy on thembut they were both spicy. I ended up sending one back and while they didn't make a big deal out of it they clearly weren'thappy. The appetizers we tried were very good but overall the sushi was mediocre. We definitely won't be coming back the nexttime we visit. Read more
This is my absolute favorite sushi place. The smoked salmon is like butter and the dragon roll is to die for. The rice is always... fresh, too. Read more
Best place to get sushi in Reno. They have a great variety of rolls, including a couple of vegetarian ones. The service was... great as well - the ladies who served us were very sweet. Read more

A few months ago I went to the Carson location and it seemed much better. Better sushi, better service. It's not that either was... terrible at the Reno location, but part of the sushi experience is talking to your chef and figuring out what's good and gettingrecommendations, and that was not possible here due to language barriers. All this being said, if you're looking for a fusionof sushi and Mexican food this is your place! Read more
