This location used to be the absolute best, but over the course of the last year, it has gone to rock bottom. I gave... them.another try today and all I ordered was 3 cookies and I never received notification that the order was ready to be pickedup. I will not go back. Very disappointed. Read more

Ordered. After over an hour I called about the status of my delivery. Was told they were "too busy" to deliver it. Employee... asked me if it was one of two orders he had in front of him and it was neither. I asked for a refund and then was told theywere "too busy" to refund me. It would have to wait until the end of the shift for them to process it. Then was told I wouldget my money back after 2 or 3 days. Jimmy John's is apparently freaky fast at taking your money and then freaky fast atliterally doing nothing. Read more

This may sound mildly Karen.. I worked as a certified GM for JJ in Vegas. Cashier was great. Line workers (including the daytime... manager) not as much. My sandwich is delicious as always, but it took 15 minutes for me to get 2 sandwiches. JJ is all aboutsubs so fast you freak. My point of the slowness- they took care of 5 deliveries before my inshop order(including a caterorder). Just want to keep up with the most important JJ moto. The tomato?s are also a few days past the freshness. Will comehere again, and always will. Just want the team aware. Thank you. Read more

Jimmy johns has a special place in my stomach, because it doesn't make you crave for it, but when you do have it after 2-3... weeks, the taste of it is amazing, making me crave for it when I am still eating the sandwich. But it helps when it doesn't makeme want to go out and buy another one right away. Read more

I?ve both never written a review nor turned down free food before eating food from here. Every week since July my work has... ordered from this Jimmy Johns as a nice bonus to provide a meal for all the employees. The first two weeks, the food wasn?tanything special but was fine enough to stomach. After that though, the quality of the food has significantly tanked. Formonths, I?ve tried ordering different options from the menu thinking maybe it?s just one option that?s bad. At this point I?venow tried every option that sounded remotely edible. Out of the 26 odd sandwiches I?ve had, 2 were fine. 1 was borderlineacceptable, and 23+ have been the most rancid things I?ve ever had the unpleasure to eat. It?s gotten so bad that the past 3times we?ve ordered from here I?ve not ordered, but this week I had too much on my schedule at work to leave and get my ownfood. I decided to give you a last chance. You have failed me. The reasons for your food being unpalatable rancid trash comedown to three primary reasons from what I can tell. The most heinous of the reasons is that it?s very easy to tell you buy theworst quality meats and continuously freeze and thaw them many times repeatably. The worst of that is the salami, and the leastoffensive is the ham. The second reason is your quality of vegetables. There were many weeks where the lettuce you provided wasnot crunchy or green. Instead they were slimy, watery and yellow. The onions are never white, they are instead yellow and brownaround the edges. However, the variance from week to week of your freshness for vegetables is all over the place with nodiscernible pattern. The third reason I will give as a personal choice, you use more sugar in your bread than you realisticallyshould. Typically when I personally think of a sub sandwich, I consider it to be a savory dish. The amount of sugar you use inthe bread clashes with that. The only saving grace of your establishment is that ordering online from you is easy, Read more

The food is good but these guys need to learn to communicate. Greet a customer as they enter, then make sure the customer gets... that food. They are too "in their little world" most of the time. I don't think that's asking too much. Read more
