Ordered a giant turkey and Swiss. Wasn't really paying attention while being made but asked for oil/ vinegar and seasonings.... Went to go eat it and it was completely drenched. There was a puffing puddle of oil on the paper. When I called the store to askabout it being remade was told that's how they are taught and there wasn't anything they could do. Asked for the manager and hesaid he WAS the manager. Went back and showed them the sandwich and said I spoke to the manager. The gentleman I talkedto saidHE was the manager and he didn't talk to anyone. He also said he wouldn't eat it either. The catch? He was the one who made itin the first place. I got the number 19 off the hidden menu because Kyle the worker recommended it and it was super good and my son always gets the... number 7 and he never goes wrong with Turkey and provolone. Super good sub shop highly recommend, Erika Kyle and ilex and Dakotawere super nice and helpful! Read more

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap without tomatoes. I always double check by asking and it was immediately sent back to pick out... the tomatoes. I ordered to go and when I opened it this is what I paid nine dollars for. Soggy and spilling out, sauce all overthe packaging and not even cut all the way through. When I tried to tear it apart the insides slipped out completely and thecold whole chicken breast was cut into 3 huge pieces sitting right in the middle. Read more
