Looong wait but very friendly service. A good drink on a hot day but a bit overpriced. Nice variety of drinks and food.
Did not get greeted, employees saw us waiting to order and continued to talk. The cashier was wearing nails and jewelry in the... food industry how is that allowed? Ladies pull your hair back we don?t want your lose hair in our smoothies. Wasn?t asked if Iwas a loyal member with them for my points. Thought Jamba Juice was supposed to better than this. Read more

Not bad, but not over the top. I got the large mango smoothie and it was... ok. My girl got the apple. It wasn't Dutch Brothers... but she said it was just ok also. There was a staff of four but noone greeted us as we walked in. They all looked liked zombie'sor really stoned. Lol. Don't really care about that but a little more effort on the customer service, eh? Summary: yes, we'd goback for the $8.00 large smoothie, but only if we were in the area. Read more
The worst treatment i?ve ever gotten at any jamba juice, I came at a reasonable time about 2 hours from closing and i asked for... one large and one medium drink. The worker who rung me up was incredibly rude for no reason, she didn?t say a word and threw mymoney at me i don?t think i?ll be coming back to this location if the workers are disrespectful and rushing me to get out of thestore. Jamba Juice on Kietzke was always made really good smoothies. But over the last couple weeks service has good downhill... dramatically and the wait for smoothies seems like forever. Over the summer wait times were good, even when they were reallybusy, but I think they have new management and new employees . . . and they need to figure it out. Also, it seems to smell dirtyin there too, like sour milk or something rotting. Read more

Closing at 6pm due to short staff today is a bit early. I walked up to the front door and saw two employees just standing and... talking at the front of the counter not doing anything but they closed early due to short staff issues. Ridiculous. Read more
