Nightime management is online order incompetent acting confused and then lecturing me that orders take 20 minutes, then 5 for... the drinks, lol. The app literally says ready in 5-7 minutes and it's she who does not understand. Then I offer to park and comeinside to wait as to not rush them, considering..the kid at the window couldn't care less and I don't think even let her know sonow I'm just sitting here going on 25 minutes cause dining room is actually closed. Food is pretty bad...and the employees all act like they are on something, making interactions there very awkward and... uncomfortable, as the drive thru worker is extremely slow moving, slow speaking and pretty much unresponsive to anything yousay. Sometimes their eyes are blood shot and nearly closed at the drive thru window leading me to believe that being stoned isrequired for employment at this particular Jack in the Box. ???? Read more

The web showed its open til 10 , well apparently they close at 8:20 pm were in the drive thru ,2 cars ahead of us , all of... sudden the employees turned off all their lights and drive thru sign lights , we thought what the heck . We just did a 7 hourdrive was looking forward to going to jack in the box ,then heading back to our hotel, remind you ,the casinos don't havemicrowaves in the rooms ,I wasn't going to pay $15 a night to rent one. Ordered fries with cheese sauce, the cheese sauce costed an extra dollar and they gave me the tiniest glob. Not to mention the... fries were cold and hard, and yeah so was the cheese. It was not busy at all when I went. Read more

Makayla shorted me on change and told me they couldn't open the register to correct her error. I said I could wait and decided... to hang out in the drive thru until they figured it out. Makayla was incredulous that someone would want the correct amount ofchange and said "Are you kidding me?" The only reasonable reply of course, "No, are YOU kidding me?" They were suddenly ableto open the register (literally took under a minute for them) and correct their mistake once I explained I could wait in thedrive thru as long as needed. The owner needs to consider re-training that cashier and to crack down on workers expectingcustomers to take an L for the workers mistakes counting change. Do better and don't lie like that Makayla. It took under aminute once you realized I wasn't gonna just take the loss because you were a lazy liar. Read more

I had an offer from a previous visit off the receipt where U take a survey which took bout 3 - 5 minutes. At the end of the... survey your given a reference number to write down on the receipt, then take it to any JACK'N'THE BOX & get a free jumbo jackor croissant breakfast sandwich. The staff is very friendly. The food was made to order & pretty good. Keep up the GREATwork!???? Read more

The service is bad ppl and they don?t care for customers at all . The managers need to be fired. They need double check their... orders and believe the customer before their workers .I placed a 60.00 dollar order for my family. My meal is missing and nodipping sauce or ketchup or sauce for the 20 tacos I ordered . Very disappointed need to hear back from the district manager orsomeone higher than Ana that was rude . Breakfast burrito meal. It wasn't as big as other stores but it was tasty. My husband got the grilled cheese burger munchie... meal. It was good also. Of course my daughter loves the tacos. Read more
