Ordered delivery to Renown for 2 ultimate cheeseburger meals, with sprite & a milkshake. Got an orange Fanta, no milkshake and... bacon ultimate cheeseburgers instead. I don't eat bacon. Very disappointed!!! Just delivered my daughter and waited 2 hours formy food to arrive only for it to be wrong! Fries were just all the leftover tiny bits, no where near fresh. Just gross! Read more
Just stopped by for a snack not even a whole meal. Fries were so stale and hard and my egg rolls were super hot on the out side... and frozen on the inside. The only guy working was the one taking my order every one else was standing by the window yelling andtalking so loud I had to repeat my request for water and basically yell so the guy at the window 3 feet away could hear me. "The location on Kietzke is the single best Jack in The Box in Reno/Sparks" That was my previous review. Nowadays, this place... has fallen hard. I was left waiting at the drive thru intercom. I stop here for the Freestyle machine. I like my diet strawberry vanilla Dr Pepper. Everything is exactly what you would expect.... The restroom was clean and the AC was cranked which I really appreciated since it was over 100 outside. :) Read more
Got the 7 chicken sandwiches we ordered. I also ordered for medium French fries. They gave the size medium alright. But in curly... fries. Not French fries. I later asked for ranch. He gave me more ketchup. And am not the only one with a bad view of thisparticular Jack in the Box. Read more
