Let me begin with this being a gripe about the franchise not this specific location. Always get good food here but their pricing... is beyond assinine. 8 dollars for French fries is insane. Cannot recommend after at least the second price hike this year. Read more

Me and my daughter decided to have a late night burger after going to a local go-kart racing event at Need for Speed. We had... had two burgers at a local rival but we decide to go to five guys here in Reno. Even though it was really busy they got ourhamburger done with 5 minutes. In addition to stellar food, service has been consistently professional, courteous, and quick. I?m glad to say thefood quality and customer service hasn?t waned over the years.
