Awful place to eat. Do not make their customers feel comfortable and the food is not all that good.
I really enjoy the food here it?s wonderful but I do have concerns about very rude people who work there. It made me very... uncomfortable and never want to come back. The workers who were on shift at the time her name was Shelly and another girl whowas highly rude to me was named Tiffany. I highly do not recommend this place as a safe comfortable environment. The food here is good, the issue is the hours are very random. When your kids want something and you take their orders and you... get to the location to pick up and it?s ?closed?, it?s a miserable night. The hours posted are until 9PM BUT I?ve been therefour times and they?re closed by 6:45. Most recently, it was a Saturday evening. Pulled up, lights on, ?OPEN? signs fully lit,TVs on, but door locked with a tiny sign blaming staffing issues. Still?? I?m sorry, but put people on the schedule until 9and if people don?t show, then the owner should be there and should have friends helping out. I watched at least five peoplewalk up, pull the door handle and yet it was locked?minimum, that?s $20 a head or $100 of revenue in 5 minutes they lost. Myorder was going to be over $100 alone. And yet, as I pull out of the parking lot, there is someone with a sign begging formoney. Now, maybe that person can?t work, and I?m okay with that. But the point is, the owner is likely trying to pay minimumwage and is foregoing revenue because of cheapness. I suggest on weekends, pay people different amounts as the hours go into thenight: 4-7, $15/hr; 7-8, $22/hr; 8-9, $30/hr. Review: had lunch to go from here & it was pretty good. The service was friendly &relatively fast. The store was clean & seemed well operated. Ordered the Engineer sandwich & it was great!! They're basically the more fun version of Subway. I like the decor and it's nice that you have the option to round up for first... responders. My main is the price. I spent a little over $7.50 for only a small sandwich and it was smaller than I expected. Iincluded a pic. I got a 3 course meal from Raley s deli for $8 the day before. Read more
Good sandwiches are pretty good. The inside is clean and welcoming. The staff was nice and friendly.

The food is great but it's always extremely slow. The only way is to plan ahead and order online in advance through their app.
