Had the overstuffed Pablano chicken and it was amazing. Drive-through was quick and efficient.
I asked for extra cheese. Got nothing basically. Taco bell is better, go there instead , not here.
Great salads ('Tostadas') this time. Lots of avocado and containers of dressing. Great value, flavor, and customer service!
We usually get the chicken tostadas (salads) here but lately the quality has been going downhill. The chicken used to be fresh... but it seems now they use old leftover pieces to make the salads. The avocados have been brown and the shells were pretty stalethe last two times we ordered. They're still pretty fast and they're courteous at the window and counter but they need tore-focus their efforts on quality. Read more
I had eaten at El Polla Loco numerous times in the past and had always enjoyed the experience. But for some reason had not eaten... there in quite some time. This visit I considered to be very disappointing. I don't want to say that El Pollo Loco has changedthat much. There could be many explanations for my experience, possibly when we visited, late Easter Sunday, or a myriad ofother reasons. It could even be this specific restaurant. I just was not impressed and am willing to change my rating based onfuture experiences. My wife ordered a three piece dinner. The chicken was dry and not very tasty. Could it have been sittingunder heat lamps to keep it warm. It was not appealing. I ordered a bowl, Mexican style. Bowls must have shrunken since my lastvisit.
