Such amazing food and the best service we've ever had from server Casey!!! This place has the best food and the best atmosphere... and they are extremely busy but it's worth the wait and Casey's service was phenomenal! We will definitely be coming back andasking to sit in his section. He was very attentive and we didn't have to even ask for anything because he refill drinks and wason top of everything. Where do I start!? The bartender named Bree, Oh man, beautiful and such a graceful personality! & Marilyn! She?s so nice and I... love the energy she brings! Overall, all of the bartenders are not only great at their jobs, but they also make you feel welcomeand give a whole new meaning to hospitality! As far as nightlife, definitely the place to be. My husband surprised me with a birthday meal at El Jefes Cantina located in Circus Circus Hotel where we were staying.We were... celebrating my 50th birthday.Our meal was very delicious and we had great service.They sang happy birthday to me,then gave me adelicious churro with caramel and strawberry sauce.I even got a cute sombrero to wear. I thought the food was going to be very Americanized, but it was very authentic in taste. Some of the best guacamole I have had.... You can expect to pay $30+ a person if you order a dish and an alcoholic beverage. It was worth the price for me. Greatatmosphere and ambiance?this place turns into a night club in the late hours. Usually on a weekend this place is boomin. We were there on a weekday and had THE BEST waitress, Chelsea. Polite and kept... checking on us always making sure we were good with drinks and our food was ok. Didn't like that they charge $10.99 for chipsand salsa though.
