They have really carved a niche through their excellent hiring practices in placing... happy young people who seem to love their jobs and want to take care of the customer at every location. I used to work for Dutch Bros and Starbucks over the course of five years, so I am extremely particular about the coffee I order... and that its made correctly. One of the drinks I order most frequently is a small hot quad domino (2 shots of regular espressoand 2 shots of white coffee) americano, extra sweet white chocolate and caramel (so one ounce each) with about an inch and ahalf of steamed oat milk. Its a mouthful to anyone not familiar with the dutch bros menu- or ordering coffee overall. Itsextremely straightforward coffee to make considering every ingredient and measurement is specified in the way I order it. Many- and by many, I mean the majority - of the stands I visit and order this drink from end up making it incorrectly. Some notleaving enough room for the steamed oat milk, some only adding one once of the sauce because the standard amount of flavor for asmall americano is one ounce and some just messing up the espresso shots. The first time through the line a couple days ago, mydrink tasted? off- is the best way to describe it. I came through the line again to see if they could remake the drink and thegentleman who took my order (and conveniently, who made my drink the first time) was extremely kind and accommodating. On a fewoccasions, Dutch Baristas from other stands have had a bad attitude about having to remake a drink so I have major anxiety anytime I go back through the line hoping to have my drink made correctly. I was extremely relived and grateful to the eveningshift working this past Sunday for being so kind throughout the entire interaction, I'd give them a 10/10 if I could. Read more

It was very vey long line. We were surprised with the card only policy and as a cash payer wasn?t super impressed. The person... placing the orders in our car tipped them 20%, which after waiting almost 20 minutes in line and them nearly forgetting abeverage felt a little too generous. The person with us promised this was an insulated incident and service is usually great,but I can not confirm. However, The drinks were very delicious. Read more
Best coffee place. Hubby and I ordered a Picture Perfect drink. The line moves pretty fast considering how busy they are. The... place was a little hard to find since it's a bit secluded and hidden behind a Taco Bell. Also, I am not a fan of the 2 drivethru lanes since a car stepped on her gas and almost hit my car while I was proceeding to merge so it is a safety concern.Ironically, the staff brought our drinks out before hers.
