Somehow they burnt a croissant and also give you hash browns that fill 1/4 of the bag they come in. When I asked why so few and... that it is literally not matching what they advertise on their menu they told me "those are bacon" .... ??????????? ... thisplace is not worth it. I'm sure they're fine with their donuts and coffee. Don't get hot breakfast. Read more

Says their open til 9 but your lucky to show up and then still be open by 8:30. Some of the staff has an attitude and the others... just don?t care. Prices are ridiculous compared to Starbucks or even Dutch. I?m from New Jersey and the dunkin donuts here don?teven compare. I don?t see this staying open long Read more
Disinterested staff, does not wash hands or change glove when going between register and serving out donuts, does not... participate in app scan promotions if you try to pay at the location (but you can still get the promotion if you order via theapp), and higher beverage prices than Starbucks. Poor selection of items. These Dunkin locations in Reno and Sparks (and theone that already went out of business in Carson City) are absolutely terrible representations of the Dunkin brand. My pumpkin muffing wasn?t as good as I expected. I also got a medium coffee and the worker put whipped cream which my coffee... didn?t need it. I was in a hurry and I didn?t say anything to him. When I got in my car I opened my coffee and it was less than3/4 full? then I understood why he tried to fix it by adding whipped cream. Read more
