Not only are the doughnuts here always amazing, but the owners themselves are amazing at making sure their customers are taken... care of. I went to Doughboy?s one morning for 1 box of a dozen doughnuts, and was accidentally overcharged for the box. Icalled and was directed to the owners. Good donuts, but holy heck is the staff (mostly drive through) rude. Why are you putting the people who can't hear anything and... then get mad when they get the order wrong on the drive through? When I go in usually it's ok, but the drive through has alwaysbeen a terrible experience. I've been yelled at for ordering after being greeted at the drive through telling me to wait. Thenthe next time I wait and I get yelled at asking if I'm planning on ordering. It's obvious they can't hear anything through themicrophone and shouldn't use it at all. I order something off of the menu (1 doz raised assorted donuts) and I get somethingdifferent (1 doz glazed plain). I even corrected the person working the window and was still given the wrong order. It's on myway to work so I usually grab for the office, but it looks like I'm going to have to go out of my way a bit. I won't be back.There are other places where maybe the donuts aren't as good but I don't get treated like garbage. Read more
