On-line ordering was easy, but delivery was late and the pizza wasn't very good.

Ordered a few pizzas on a Friday online at 6:15. Once I arrived at the pickup time I was given my food wasn?t ready. Ok it?s... Friday they are probably busy. I was told that they are busy and it would be awhile. After several patrons picked up there food,I inquired again and they still haven?t even started the order. 1 1/2 hours later I was still waiting. This place isridiculously run. This place shouldn?t even have charged me but they did. Never again will I get pizza here. I wish I could givea negative star. Read more

Ordered the pizza recently few minutes back. No cheese was added and there was no name of the toppings. Also, the pizza is... completely burned out. Wonder why Domino?s hire such workers who ruins the quality of the pizza. It?s not pizza but it?s like awooden stick very hard to even chew. Would never recommend to order anything from this store in future. Read more

This store is awful! After giving them more than enough chances, I?m done. I ordered on the app for delivery and it said it... would be about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes and no pizza, I checked the app to see if my pizza had even left yet. It showed thatit was still being prepped. I continued to wait another hour because I understand being busy and I figured an hour and a halfwas plenty of time. Checked the app again and still showed my pizza was being prepped. So, I called the store and sheimmediately answers and says that they are doing take-out only. I asked her why the app let me order delivery then and she said?oh we do have one driver but he?s extremely backed up?. Ok, so is my order out for delivery? No! It was STILL being prepped!!!And she told me it?d be ANOTHER 90 minutes. Absolutely absurd and I?m totally done with this horribly ran store. Read more

The recent pizza order I placed was not good food. I ate 2 slices and my stomach is very upset. I have to throw the pizza.... Something was not not right in the pizza. Also I have only veggies added on my order but there was ham pieces in my pizza. Iwould definitely not recommend purchasing from this outlet and also remembered the white lady who served me that food. Reallydon?t expect this kind of service from Domino?s. I have been a member since long but never had such experience. Hope my reviewsare take into account and appropriate corrections are taken. Don?t want this to happen to any other customer. Read more

Man this pizza was soo greasy. I could of had a oil change on my car with all tha grease. What's worse is that it was thin crust... and it was so thick full of grease made me sick????.now my stomach is hurting bad. So bad i had to goto the ER.. Read more

Haven't ordered from this location for a while. Thought I would try their new app. Order was placed successfully and told me to... pick up between 5:55 and 6:05. Showed up at the store at 6:00 and sat in the care until 6:20 at which time I went into the storeto see what was happening. I provided the above information to the woman at the counter and them some random guy who was makingpizzas shouted that line prep was taking at least an hour so if I ordered at 5:30 they would not have even started making mypizza yet. I proceeded to ask why the app told me to show up between 5:55 and 6:05 when the more realistic time would have beencloser to 7pm. She informed me they "Dominos" did not have any control over the Dominos app. I asked if the app correctly tracksthe status of the pizza from when it comes off the prep line into the oven and then when it comes out of the over. She said yesthat is what happens. So I again asked you telling me you have no control over the app and then turn around and tell itaccurately track what status of the pizza. That means you have control over the app. That when she wave her hand in my face andtold me she didn't need all the attitude. Awesome Customer service-not. acting like I'm putting them out of their way to do thejob they were hired for is amazing. Learn that the reason you have a job is because the customer is willing to pay their hardearned money at your store. Without customer you would have no job! Read more
