They were slammed for a Friday evening. I placed my order on the app and it was ready to go in 30mins. Everything was hot. Great... flavors. We tried the chicken, pasta and sandwiches this time. I ordered a pizza around 7:00 tonight. They had only 1 working oven so it was taking a little longer but they were working... hard. The girl.at the counter was so sweet and kept saying sorry, but it wasn't her fault. The pizza was fantastic! Read more
I just felt the need to post: We are extremely impressed and happy with the order we just ate from the Domino's on Stead Blvd.... We put in a late order at 10:54 PM and it arrived at my door at 11:18 PM. So fantastic job right there. I do live pretty closebut that is still awesome. Our order was the parmesan garlic bites and a pizza. The bites were quite honestly the best I'veever had come out of a Domino's. It was fresh, buttery, fluffy, and so perfect. The pizzas crust was amazing as well. And thetoppings were correctly done. ???? Props to the crew on closing shift tonight (Sunday Sept 25). Hands down, the best we havegotten from a Domino's before. I have enjoyed Domino's since 1980, when I was stationed at Lowry AFB, Denver, Colorado. But I'm here to praise the crew at... Domino's on Stead Blvd in Reno, Nevada, 89506. I've been ordering pizza using the Domino's app. for delivery because I can't getenough, and they feed me as quicker than ever. The place has some real talent working there. Its a Tuesday night. I order at 6:15. Pick up time said 7:06. Its 7:05 and they havent even started my order. No courtesy call... or update in the app to say they are behind. They tell me it will be another hour.... Customer service has gone down hilltremendously lately. Read more
