I've been a regular customer for 6 years and loved eating here but their service has gotten so bad that now they just cancel... orders without even giving you a reason. Especially since if they were out of an ingredient I would've been willing to change myorder. Now I never want to bother with them anymore. Read more

Hey here?s an idea? if you work for a place that makes food to go, and you offer your customers an app on which to place those... orders, maybe pay attention to the things they say they don?t want on their food!!! Last night was the THIRD TIME I?ve placed anorder for pickup that has just had every topping thrown on it even though I specified in the order that I didn?t want most ofthem. It can?t be that hard to read the receipt and see what was ordered. I don?t understand and I?m just super frustrated. Read more
I loved the freshness of the ingredients and the concept of putting together your own Mexican tacos, enchiladas and salad bowls... like Subway sandwiches. My only regret is that they don't serve fresh corn tortillas (or beer!). Their homemade flour tortillashowever are delicious. Read more
Update 5/27: Had someone from the main corporate office reach out about the unfortunate past experiences with management and... food quality. He was very thorough and understanding and did not tell me I was wrong and genuinely wanted to change myexperience. Hopefully they?re able to make some changes with the Reno location, as I know many people other than me are hopingfor. I?ll be updating in a few more days or removing this review. The stars I did give were for the fantastic customer servicefrom the corporate office. Update 5/26: Received a response from the management of this location. It was very blunt and rude,and he was quick to tell me I was incorrect in the food quality because they already had an inspector come out. How can anyoneexpect to trust this location when the quality is only higher on inspection days? I wish I could leave zero stars. 5/23: I havenot heard anything back or received a response from the person in management who emailed me initially. They pretty muchdismissed the issue and said ?I?m sorry you found an ant in your salad, but we already take sanitary precautions? Initialreview: This food is unclean, unsafe, and is filled with fungus gnats. Health inspector needs to come by this place asap beforeanyone gets sick. *Found bugs in lettuce of my salad and lettuce was rotting. Stay away from this location. Read more
I gave this place a shot and was impressed. It?s kind of a Socal goes to Nevada vibe in here. Typical counter service, but it... has a wide selection of toppings and add ons. The staff is very friendly. The only place I would improve is the weird kind ofsigns they have posted all over. And the food is quite good. The dining room is expansive, and they have a room where all thewindows can slide open, but the windows close in the winter. Decor is bright and colorful. Read more
