When me and my sister were picking up a cake, we asked to put saying happy birthday on the cake and when we got it the... misspelled it. When we asked to get it fixed we got it back and it was all smudged and ugly, and a whole piece was out of thecake. Showed up tonight for ice cream, ordered a peanut butter perfection along with a cup for my daughter. Drove off and was eating... it and low and behold a hair comes out of the ice cream. Disgusting. Will think twice before going back. Guess I'll go back toBaskin Robbins. Read more

Today 12/09/2021,I took my familly of 5 to get ice cream from cold stone we pulled in to their parking lot exactly at 9h40pm but... the door were locked,the signe posted at door for the hours of operation said that they close at 10pm ,i tried to get attentionof their stuff members but they keep ignoring us ,and even laughing at us then they gave us silent treatment .i drove fromsparks to reno to get ice cream ,what i get it's headache and deception . Wonderful experience. Definitely the place to go on after dinner or on any given day you crave ice cream. What makes this... extraordinary is that you can pick your own ice cream & toppings & they mix it all up together and place it either in a bowl orregular waffle or chocolate dipped waffle. Totally awesome and worth the wait. Employees are promt and helpful. Best ice cream, mix cake batter and cotton candy it's... freaking amazing!!!!
