Placed an order online for pickup, was finished within minutes but so poorly cooked and prepared. Every bite was uncomfortably... crunchy from undercooked rice and overcooked chicken for both items ordered. Chicken was overly reheated and had chunks thatfelt like rocks on my teeth. I also paid extra for 'Queso Blanco' and I couldn't find or taste the queso at all. I also feltthat my container was not filled as much as it normally is, I finished my bowl (surprisingly) and still felt hungry. Mygirlfriend couldn't even tolerate her burrito. These people really gave me a quarter of a bag of chips for full price, and when I politely requested for a new bag, the hideous... girl at the front counter with an airpod in her ear said to ?fuck off.? Extremely dissatisfied- this place hasn?t been the samesince Jackson Higgens was fired due to discrimination. Read more

Literally disgusting. Im not one to leave reviews but this place is a disappointment every time i go. Went in for a couple... chicken tacos, they scraped the bottom of the tin with all the nasty scrapings into my tacos when their was a fresh full tin ofchicken sitting right next to it. Get home, take a bite, chickens freezing cold. Annoying buying overpriced mediocre food to bedisappointed by it every time. Will never go back. Read more
Went at 7pm for take out and was home within 5 minutes... Food was COLD AND OLD!!! I had to reheat it! God, I hope I don't get... sick over this! Worst Chipotle I have ever had!! Nasty! Couldn't eat it at all. And the kid taking the orders was completelydisengaged with the customer. Read more
$29 for two burritos is insane. They don't show or tell you additional prices for extra thing like gac ($3). You can't order a... chicken quesadilla unless you order it online either. Sorry but this please isn't worth the outrageous prices and poor service. Read more
So I WAS going to go here, but you can only place orders online. You have to order online, sign up for an account, put your cc... info in. For Pete's sake guys. Alittle customer service would be appreciated. I know you THINK this is benefiting the customer,but you ain't. I WAS gonna give you the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars, but I'm not. The food is only acceptable if you watch them make the food. I ordered a burrito & quesadilla that was about 1/4 of the size you... normally receive. Burrito did not have any of the salsa, queso, or fajita vegetables I selected. The quesadilla was a sprinkleof cheese, and mostly spilled outside of the quesadilla. The cherry on top was the avocado stem that was left in my burrito,ouch! Read more
