I started eating at chipotle at least 6 years ago with then portions that could be so filling? not only the price has gone up,... but the serving has so been reduced. They were out of the garlic steak. Plus 3 or 4 other items at 2:30pm. Other than that the food was very good.

It was Sunday around 5 PM driving miles after placing on line order, but only ended up waiting over half hour & still didn?t get... my order. Most of customers patiently waiting more than I did simply walked out for the same reason. Obviously, there are notenough of employees hired to process such a massive order in a given time & place with a systematic failure for backed up onlineorders. If you going?s to place an order, just walk in a long waiting line instead of placing an order online. In this way, atleast you know that you?re getting your order. I?ll never visit any chipotle ever & that?s my promise to you since you don?tgive a **** about customers. Read more

Terrible service, disorganized, poor customer service, extremely low food quality. My burrito didn?t even have guacamole which I... ordered and paid for. They also told me that they were out of chips and weren?t gonna make any more chips. Terrible grossburrito, didn?t have half of the ingredients I asked for. Disappointed and dissatisfied. Read more

Worst chipotle I?ve ever experienced (and I?ve been to a lot ). Very very slow . At 8pm we waited in line for 30 minutes and... there were only 4 people ahead of us. While there were three employees , only one was working the line and didn?t seem to knowhow to make anything. No chips , quesadilla press was broken , no napkins out , all the tables were filthy , trashes wereoverflowing . The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and when we asked for some they said they didn?t have any ???????????. Weare passing through town and did see another chipotle a little further down I80 E, so try that one . Read more

Food items were cold. It took about it 20 minutes to order my food even though only One costumer was ahead. No steak... available; only online. The young employees were definitely struggling with orders, both making them and behind register. Icouldn?t hear the worker at all behind register. Had a paper sign on a chair stating you were unable to order via the in-person line. They were only accepting customers who had... online orders, at 9:22 PM, when the stated hours are closed at 10:00 PM. This is a very poor thing to do to a family includingchildren who just finished an 6 hour drive to this area and can't typically trust majority of restaurants. Forcing us to orderonline also made us forgo our food safety (reason we come here) as we have food allergies and are unable to eat or be served byblind online ordering due to cross contamination. Being unable to put remarks or comments on the online ordering makes it anextremely risky operation for our family. Did not finish the order until after 10:00 PM when the order claimed it would be readyat 9:40 PM. This is not how I've ever been treated at a Chipotle and I've been to them across the entire USA.
