The worst Chipotle experience. I will never go back to even a different one after experiencing this one. 10:45 is when they are... supposed to open. Opened doors at 10:47 and then made all 6 patrons wait till 11am before ordering. Out of steak, no veggiesout, my chicken was disgusting and small portion (really bummed no veggies), won?t take cash, tables outside were dirty, chairsinside we up on the tables still and no trash cans anywhere were out. All of the protiens were cold and dry.. first for me. Proportions we're WAY off. 6 pieces of cold, chewy, inedible steak to... several heaping scoops of everything else. The counter was extremely messy even for a rush.. By far worst experience at achipotle ever. Read more
Food was terrible. This Chipotle was advertising a new garlic steak. They had none. Me and my wife had to wait 10 minutes before... ot was done and we can order. As soon as everything was done and we sat down my burrito was cold, bland, and fell apart upon myfirst bite. Didn't even finish the burrito. Tried to order food in person. They said they have food for online orders only. There was only 1 person online and 4 people in... person ready to order. Their priorities is to make people pay more by using the app. I would encourage everyone to stay away ifonline only is the only option. This place frequently has problems. How do you have food only for online orders when everyonethere is likely the people that do online orders. I'm not about to spend an extra 2 dollars on the same items because you'retrying to be sneaky. Read more
Always love chipotle. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I came during lunch in a Saturday and they were very busy and I... was still in and out with my to go order in less than 10 minutes. The sofritas are my favorite and they were fresh and goodtoday. Their chips are also very good. Also great pricing for the value of food you get. Read more
Over the past 4 months every time I?ve gone they?ve been out of veggies, and or guacamole and lettuce. How are you completing... orders when half your ingredients aren?t available? Don?t waste your time. Just go to the South Meadows location. Read more
