I usually have no problems at this restaurant but a few days ago a server had me and my kids wait over an hour for our entree.... We only had the appetizer and when I asked him if our food is almost done, he said it should be. Come to find out the ordernever even went through their system! I've always had good service here in the past and all was well until we asked three times for our individual paper checks and... were ignored by the server who insisted we pay through the device or cash afterwards but our orders were mixed up which tookthree fixes. I have never before not left a tip until today. I won't tolerate disservice of customers. I was here with elderlylooking for a simple meal and simple service. Read more
The service was amazing, very kind employees although they are so under stuff, the food was really good, we got really good low... calories food (steam vegetables and a salmon fish). The get 5 stars for that. However, there are tablets on the tables. My sonis two years old, he never hold a tablet in his life time, somehow he managed to charge our table for playing games on it. Manager was great! Server was not so much. They messed my sons food up and the server acted like it was my sons fault and looked... at him like... " just eat it". He also did not apologize. It wasn't THAT big of a deal until we finished eating and my sons foodwasn't out yet. It was a chicken sandwhich. He kept telling me the kitchen was really busy and it was coming. I've worked theindustry. Tou make sure kids food is correct and also you put in a post haste to the kitchen when they mess food up. You don'tput it to the back of the line. It's shouldn't take 30 min for a mess up to be ready. When I approached the manager he wentright to the back and got my sons food and then took care of my check. I think we were profiled by the server because we areyoung with 2 kids and dress in jeans and Jordan's. It happens to us a lot. Guess he thought we weren't good tippers. I made sureto hand him a $20 bill before we left and told him he could thank his manager and not his serving skills for what is probablyhis best tip all day. Food is always great here! Never had a bad experience before. And I probably wouldn't have complained ifit wasn't my sons food. He had to eat it at home. The wife n I gotta gift certificate from Xmas so we decided 2 not cook n clean t'night. They hada really good deal 4 $25- 1... appetizer, 2 course din-din & dessert, can't go wrong with this. The place was clean, service was good. Far cry from my lasttrip 2 Chili's which wasn't as impressive. Would recommend this establishment, we'll b back. Restaurant was not very clean. Dirty tables sat unless the host cleaned them. Teamwork non existent except for drinking and... wearing mask down. The culture here was not my job, I work too much covering shifts and second job. I don?t care about thesafety of my patrons. We could see in the back and mask were take down The bartender and a Spanish 5? tall server seem to beleading this culture. Host and most servers kept their mask up.
