I love capriottis and usually have their sandwich once every two weeks or so...maybe avoid the N. Sierra St location for a... while. The other locations are on point! My sandwiches were really mediocre ?? Philly cheese was poorly made barely any cheeseand a third of it was hollow. This has never happened to me before today kinda bummed tbh Read more

On Tuesday night, I asked my husband to pick up some wagyu beef Philly sandwiches; he also bought two brookies, and the total... with tip was 35.00. The quality has been going downhill for awhile. But, this was so bad that I was still thinking about it twodays later, so here I am. There was only a little beef on the sandwich; it was mainly mushroom, and worst of all, it had thisbright orangish and electric yellow looking honey mustard sauce on it. I cannot think of a plausible reason to put honey mustardon a Philly cheesesteak. The brookies were good as always, but if you look at the label they aren't even made there, so buyerbeware. 35.00 is too much for two honey mustard mushroom sandwiches and restaurant supply store brookies. We've been going thereat least once a month for years, but that was the last time I risk spending money there unless they bring the quality back. Read more

I think this place has the best subs in Reno. Just delicious. I only actually visited the store for the first time a few weeks... ago, and have been back once since. The staff are nice, good kids who work hard and do a good job. They're friendly and polite, and make good quality sandwiches. Read more

Been eating Capriotti?s since it was the underground secret at UNLV. I remember when y?all opened up a shop on warm springs... (702!) the people that work at your N. Sierra location seem to hate their jobs- the kid at the counter made it so painful toorder that I didn?t want to ?burden? him with any more instruction. Regret my $10 tip but whatever the food was bland and mehand not what I?m used to from Caps. Again- been eating your food for like 20+ years- this recent seems forced and like I wasbothering them. Won?t bother you kids by asking to go do your jobs ever again, you can count in that! Three stars for averagefood- zero stars for the service and being treated like I was bothering them. 5 stars for the cook though- she bad! Read more

Their online system charges your bank account, and then their system rejects your order. Don't bother calling them because they... won't even answer the phone. Stay hungry and wait three business days to get your money back. I will never spend a penny withthem again. Read more

I am not a local of Philadelphia but my best friend is and I know how picky the locals are about their cheese steaks. I had the... pleasure of having one when I went to visit. I can say that I was honestly pleasantly surprised of how well you've captured thecheese steak here at Capriotti's. Every bite was a delight, down to the texture of the bread ,the well seasoned meat, theperfect amount of cheese and peppers. Well done ???????? I definitely will be ordering again very soon. Had the tuna sub. Very mundane, very mid, needed more ?pizazz?. It filled me up with sustenance, however it was nothing special.... I?m sure the deli meats are good, so it was my fault for getting the tuna, but I was not very impressed. Read more
