I was staying in town at a nearby hotel and decided to give this place a try based on the positive reviews. Why does this place... have so many 5 stars reviews!? Definitely the worst sandwich shop to exist! Firstly, this place is way overpriced even ininflation standards. Secondly, the turkey sandwich tasted tasteless. It reminded me of eating leftover cold turkey on breadafter a thanksgiving meal. The soup tasted like flavored water. Will not be back. Wish I could give zero stars! Read more
Stopped in at Capriotti?s on my flight and Torino. My wife and I ended up grabbing some lunch here. We are super hungry. I got... the Capistra me. She got a half a sandwich and a salad. We had a ton of food!. They were open table so you could see inside oroutside. This location is handicap assessable. The restrooms were also clean. Read more

I was in Reno for business and came across this sandwich shop on accident. Might be one of the best sandwiches I?ve ever had. I... ended up having the barbecue chicken cheesesteak and It was awesome. Nice and hot and full of flavor, portions are huge.Definitely recommend this place! Read more
Food tastes great, however the chefs should be wearing hair nets. I?ve found hair in my sandwiches multiple times.
