I was staying at the Whitney Peak Hotel for a training conference. The Whitney Cafe is on the first floor or the hotel so I... decided to go check out their happy hour while we were there. There aren't a lot of food options for happy hour but the fewthings I tried were really good. The nachos were very tasty and the diner burger was really good as well. I had fries. Over fried, greasy, small, gross. I had mussels and clams. They did not taste even remotely fresh. Very fishy and I... thought I was gonna get sick from eating. And I ordered the chicken karage which was completely inedible. Tiny, over batteredgreasy nuggets with dry tough minuscule pieces of chicken inside. Makes me queasy just thinking about my meal there.
