If I could give no stars I would, the guy at the drive thru window was very unprofessional and rude and on top of that I get... your French toast sticks and you give me no syrup and they are literally dried up and crispy and the sandwiches were cold asice.. that's ridiculous ???? if I could come and get my money back I would! Burger King was literally the only place really open. In my, I?ll say 10 years of driving and going to Burger King I have never... had to ask for cheese on my whopper. I guess you do now. Because I just used a coupon for 2 whoppers. And they came with nocheese because you have to ask for it apparently. They always ask me. Waited about 15 minutes in the drive-through to receive our order. The person at the window did not even look at us while... passing the food and taking payment. I literally just walked out of this Burger King and I had to comment asap. First of all there were only 2 other people than me... in the restraunt, the drive through was a ghost town and 4 or 5 employees. One employee looked almost passed out with two emptyHershy Pie cartons on his chest. The bin of straws was absolutely filthy, the garbage cans were pretty full with condiments allover it with flies. The fries were brown and stale and the employees looked like they didn't want to be there. No wonder why itfelt like a ghost town. I will never be back. Read more
The drive through attendant was not wearing a mask. The other workers appeared to wear a mask, but people at the counter inside... were not either. The employee that took our order sounded like he was high. The employee at the drive through seemed moreinterested in hanging out with his coworker who was horsing around, pushing each other and speaking to each other in anotherlanguage (which is fine, that isn't a complaint, only potentially helpful information for their employer). Our drinkstasted...for lack of a better word, dirty. Our burgers were not completely what we ordered, they were missing ingredients andone of the burgers had something that 2as either bad or spoiled in it? Looked like mustard but tasted...also dirty and had aslight chemical aftertaste. my burger had a weird taste to it, and the fries tasted like the oil was old. We did not drink themafter the first sip. This was wholly disgusting, and clearly the staff here had more important things to do than their jobs. Iuploaded a picture of the cheesemustardwhatever that was so gross on the burger. It had a melted cheese consistency but tastedlike mustard and some sort of chemical, plus melted plastic. The guy at the register was rude. I couldn't get two words out of my mouth before he asked if I was done. He was using foul... language. My grandsons kids meal had burnt nuggets and no toy.
