Good service very prompt to give me what I order hamburger and fries are always fresh I love to go to Burger King
I was doing an Uber Eats and when I went to pick it up the little girl behind the counter was great she was courteous she made... sure that the bags were sealed shut the drink was sealed shut but the manager who every request I had which were not major oneswas no don't have it I even asked for an empty box to carry the order in because it turned out to be two orders she said no Idon't have any boxes and I clearly saw one sitting right there ready to be thrown away and then she gives me the second orderthat has three drinks she does not seal the bags so I said to her you know can you see the items so she sticks one seal on onebag leaves the other one open and I pointed out on the drinks I said well can you do it like this because the other little girlhad put the seal like on the top and then the cup so you can tell that the top was not taken off she goes and grabs one stickerfor three drinks sticks it on top of all three and says there you go. Very very disappointed because I really like Burger Kingbut I would not go to that Burger King and I would not recommend going there because that manager was horrible Read more
Cant follow SIMPLE instructions. I asked very clearly multiple times NO cheese NO mayo and my sandwiches still had it. I don't... know how much louder or clearer I have to say things it's pretty simple. And when you're hungry and get home and see the wrongthing and you're allergic to dairy it basically ruins your evening. And it's not like the food is that cheap either. Read more
we arrived around 8:20 and pulled up behind a line of cars sticking out of the drive thru. the hours online say they?re open... till 11 but after waiting for the other cars to place their order, we pulled up to the speaker and were turned away. they saidthey took their last car and are closed now. when i worked in fast food, we were told to take cars if others were still in drivethru no matter the time, even if we were closed at the movement. like someone else stated, it seems like they close wheneverthey please. poor business practices from this place.
