KUDOS on the "DRIVE THRU OPEN" sign! Instead of the other Burger kings that let you think that the lobby is still open.

This is at 1:35pm Oct 28th, 2022 This burger and others in the area continue to play the covid game and not allow dine in, I... myself drive a big work truck which won't make it in the drive thru, the continue to keep doors lock and only do drive thru,regardless This prevented me to eat lunch at burger King until they open the doors for dine in like 95% of the fast food, eventaco bell 20 feet away has their doors open. The workers are also rude, just beware as it's only drive thru at these certainburger kings which suck. Read more

What?s this missing? Both bacon kings made the same. I had a royal chicken sandwich which also was missing lettuce tomatoes... bacon. Took the chicken sandwich back in and manager made it perfect. Didn?t even think about looking at the other two. I noticemanager is working hard and crew looks dumbfounded. Read more

The "manager" of this BK was loud, rude, and totally unprofessional! And then I discovered why: his breath reeked of alcohol!... The guy who "manages" this Burger King location comes to work totally inebriated! Drunk as a skunk!! Read more

We were at the drive thru about 2pm yesterday 4/20/22, the guy on a blue checkered button up shirt that was working the drive... thru window had a very very bad attitude. After he gave my husband the order, he closed the window right away. My husbandwaited to ask for a zesty sauce and he looked irritated when he opened the window and kinda slammed the window. He said, "have a good day, sir" sarcastically and with a very, very phoney face and attitude. He doesn't deserve a job working withcustomers. If I could I'll give a 0 rating. Good morning from Reno NV BK. That's right I'm in a Burger King for breakfast. It was great the service I got this morning and... the greeting. Woody is the first person since. Arrived here to greet me . Lorilee is this units rgm. When you come me to this BK the parking lot is not in the best of shape. Drive thru is ok. The building is kinda worn.
